YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Caulley Soto

Caulley first stepped into a yoga class in 2017 and immediately recognized it as a missing piece in her life.  She quickly saw it as a practice that brought her balance, strength, and grounding in a way nothing else had.

Having previously relied on breathwork to navigate stress and physical activity to support her body and mind, she was fascinated to discover a practice that wove these elements together and also offered so much more. That curiosity quickly led her to her first teacher training at Asheville Yoga Center, where she completed her 200-hour certification in 2018.  She continued her studies in Restorative Yoga with an additional training at AYC as well as with Judith and Lizzie Lasater.  She deepened her knowledge of Bhakti Yoga at Yoga Den in Jacksonville, and immersed herself further with Janet Stone, culminating in her 500-hour certification in 2022.

Today, Caulley primarily teaches vinyasa and restorative yoga, offering classes that balance dynamic movement with grounding stillness.  Her teaching style encourages students to move their bodies in order to calm their minds, guiding them toward flowstate - where presence, energy, and ease naturally arise. Classes are infused with intentional sequencing, breathwork, fun playlists, and a sense of community, creating a supportive space for students to feel both challenged and deeply cared for. She believes yoga is for everyone and loves helping people discover its transformative effects in their own lives.

Off the mat, Caulley is a pediatrician, wife, and mom to two daughters. She credits yoga with helping her find (and sometimes re-find) balance in her multifaceted life, and she is passionate about sharing this practice with others, reminding students that yoga doesn’t just happen on the mat, but extends into every part of living with more presence, connection, and joy.

YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Danielle Miller

Danielle’s yoga journey began in 2010 with a hot yoga class that nearly knocked her out...literally. But something stirred in her, and she kept coming back. What started as a curiosity quickly became a calling. After exploring countless styles and studios, Danielle found herself traveling three hours every other weekend to attend teacher training at Yoga Den in Jacksonville.

Her teaching is rooted in the belief that what we experience on the mat, such as resilience, presence, and surrender, translates into who we are off the mat. With Danielle, students are invited into a practice that is both a workout and a work-in: physically invigorating and mentally grounding. Her classes are a vibrant blend of movement, breath, music, and yoga philosophy, delivered with a lighthearted spirit and deep intention.

Danielle has been teaching for over ten years in studios, events, and unique community spaces. She completed her 200-hour YTT and additional Bhakti yoga training at Yoga Den in Jacksonville, FL. A two-time lululemon Legacy Ambassador, she brings a strong sense of leadership and service into every space she enters.
